Systech Awarded a Contract with the State of Louisiana for Vehicle Inspection Program Support

Systech has signed a contract with the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ) to continue providing on-site support and help center services for the Louisiana Emission and Safety Inspection System in the parishes of Ascension, East Baton Rouge, Iberville, Livingston, and West Baton Rouge. The contract starts immediately, and continues the support that Systech has provided to one hundred and ninety (190) inspection stations since 2009.

Systech has signed a contract with the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality (LDEQ) to continue providing

Ascension, East Baton Rouge, Iberville, Livingston, and West Baton Rouge. The contract starts immediately, and continues
the support that Systech has provided to one hundred and ninety (190) inspection stations since 2009.

“We are proud of the fact that since we took over this project in 2009, Systech has improved performance metrics in several areas, including service response and repair time of LA 2002 equipment; and the responsiveness of our reports and engineering team. And just as important, we have developed and maintained an excellent relationship with the inspection stations,” said Lothar Geilen, President of Systech. “We are equally proud of the excellent relationship we have built with LDEQ and appreciate the vote of confidence they have given us through this award.”

The new contract is for an initial period of one year with options to extend up to five years. This is a smaller contract in terms of revenues but still strategically important.

Systech, with its sister company Environmental Systems Products, is a global leader in vehicle inspection technology, providing products and services in 16 U.S. States and 6 counties. Founded in July 1999, Systech is dedicated exclusively to supporting government vehicle inspection programs.
