Opus has two outstanding option programs for senior executives and other employees of the company. Upon full exercise of the option programs, the dilution effect is maximum 11,500,000 shares or approximately 3.8% of the share capital and number of votes.
Option program 2016
At its Annual General Meeting held on May 19, 2016 the company resolved to issue 5,500,000 warrants (Option program 2016) entitling warrant holders to subscribe for a total of 5,500,000 shares at a subscription price of SEK 5.46 per share. Subscription of new shares can be made until February 15, 2020.
Option program 2018
At its Annual General Meeting held on May 17, 2018 the company resolved to issue 6,000,000 warrants (Option program 2018) entitling warrant holders to subscribe for a total of 6,000,000 shares at a subscription price of SEK 8.57 per share. Subscription of new shares can be made from June 1, 2022 until June 30, 2022.
