Opus Inspection consolidates its management team and appoints Jim Sands as President

Opus Inspection, Inc. announces that Mr. Jim Sands has accepted the role of President.  Mr. Sands, already President of Envirotest, a subsidiary of Opus Inspection, brings more than twenty years of vehicle inspection industry experience in various senior management positions.

With this step, Opus Inspection finalizes its consolidation of the management team after the acquisition and integration of Envirotest in early 2014.

Opus Inspection, market leader in the North American vehicle inspection industry, currently has contracts to provide and manage state-of-the-art centralized and decentralized vehicle inspection programs in twenty-five jurisdictions across North America, testing more than 30 million vehicles annually. The organization has over 1,300 employees. It further provides patented remote sensing technology worldwide that measures tailpipe exhaust as vehicles pass by under normal roadway conditions.
