Setting high quality standards in Chile

Opus launched a new technical committee in Chile to oversee quality and make sure we meet the same high standards across our expanding network of inspection stations.

The new committee, made up of country and station managers, will measure and monitor progress towards our quality objectives and accelerate ISO 9000 quality certification for Chile.

Strengthening our organization

They are supported by colleagues from VTV in Argentina, who have strong experience in quality management procedures and systems – as part of our drive to strengthen our organization across Latin America.

The team will meet regularly to measure quality performance against key performance indicators and analyse customer satisfaction scores. They will also discuss any technical issues highlighted by their work and find solutions to eliminate the root cause of problems.

“This is a great step forward for our organization in Chile as we continue to expand across the country,” said Opus President, Latin America, Alfredo R Granai. “It will give motorists and governments confidence that every new station we open meets the highest quality standards.”
